The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is seeking an Enforcement Quality Assurance for Zakat & Tax Senior Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who can operate with minimal supervision. The Senior Specialist will handle the preparation of complex, specialized, or unplanned reports relevant to their field, working within established guidelines and procedures. This role is crucial for contributing to the achievement of operational objectives within the quality assurance and enforcement domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and common processes, maintaining controlled and consistent work execution.
• Monitor and identify violations of compliance policies detected during case audits.
• Plan and design targeted audit programs aligned with the Department's quality assurance, compliance, and enforcement objectives.
• Submit proposals and recommendations for the improvement and development of tax and zakat-related policies, based on examination and audit findings from the Compliance Policy Department.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Legal or Business Administration or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
