Role Summary

The Engineering Manager will assume full responsibility for the Manufacturing Engineering Group during the absence of the Senior Engineering Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the planning and implementation of planned preventative maintenance for all plant and equipment to meet process and manufacturing demands.
• Assist in the planning and execution of project activities to meet agreed specifications and timelines.
• Support the development and implementation of a plan to foster a safety-conscious culture within the Engineering department.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Procedures and standards within the Manufacturing Engineering function.
• Meet preset targets established for the Manufacturing Engineering Department and site.
• Identify staff skill requirements within Engineering and develop an adequate skill base for future growth to meet business needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage engineering operations and maintenance activities.
• Experience in project planning and execution.
• Understanding of quality procedures and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
