Role Overview

In this role, the Experienced Business Development Associate will be entrusted with managing a broader and more complex portfolio of leads and client relationships. A key aspect of this position also involves actively mentoring newer team members, guiding them on best practices, and contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of the Business Development department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a larger portfolio of leads and active opportunities.
• Independently conduct client meetings and follow-up conversations.
• Refine proposals and pitch materials based on client feedback.
• Support the onboarding and guidance of junior Business Development team members.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and insights to management.

Qualifications and Experience
