About the Role

Salt is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for an immediate hire in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position for a duration of six months, working with a leading organization in the Kingdom. The role focuses on comprehensive facilities contract management.

Role Overview

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vendor management related to facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to strategic priorities. This role requires an individual who can promptly integrate into the team and manage critical vendor relationships and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential vendors to ensure alignment with organizational needs, priorities, and quality standards.
• Negotiate contract terms to reflect strategic priorities while complying with legal and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors, ensuring consistent delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor vendor compliance, data security, and financial stability to mitigate risks and safeguard operations.
• Continuously optimize vendor management processes to enhance service quality, agility, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand specific vendor requirements and provide strategic support during selection and evaluation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts effectively.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
