The Opportunity

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous facility operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in facilities management or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical panels, generators, plumbing networks, fire alarms, and firefighting systems.
Respond promptly to breakdowns, troubleshoot technical faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Direct and monitor the daily activities of in-house technicians and external subcontractors, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Identify spare parts and maintenance material requirements, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Ensure facility operations comply with applicable local regulations, safety codes, and industry best practices.
