Role Purpose and Contribution

The F&B Service Expert plays a crucial role in creating memorable and unique experiences for guests during various events. This position requires proficiency in a wide range of event functions, ensuring seamless execution from preparation to conclusion. The expert contributes to the overall guest experience by making every interaction and transaction feel integrated and special.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and break down event materials efficiently.
Transport necessary supplies to and from event locations.
Accurately take and process guest orders.
Engage with guests professionally and courteously.
Maintain a safe and compliant workplace environment.
Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
Uphold established quality standards in all service aspects.
Ensure a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic event setting, requiring a hands-on approach. The F&B Service Expert will be on their feet and moving frequently, necessitating the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The position also involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
