The Role of a Florist

The Florist is responsible for the design, preparation, and presentation of floral products for various occasions. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of floral design principles and a commitment to maintaining product quality and freshness. The successful candidate will contribute to fulfilling client requests and supporting event installations within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare floral arrangements and decorations for daily orders, events, and special occasions.
• Ensure all flowers and plants are fresh, well-maintained, and presented aesthetically.
• Collaborate with clients and the floral team to execute creative and customized design requests.
• Manage flower care, storage, and inventory rotation to uphold product quality and freshness standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Assist with event setup, floral installations, and decorative arrangements for events and corporate projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a florist role or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for flowers and floral design.
• A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
