About the Role

THA by Armonia is recruiting a Fuel Management Supervisor to join a dedicated full-time delivery team for a major international multi-sport event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role operates from October 27 to December 26, 2026, within the client's event operations function. The supervisor will manage and oversee fuel supply and usage for event operations, requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Role Responsibilities

This is a hands-on supervisory position. The Fuel Management Supervisor will be on-site daily, overseeing fuel points while managing planning, records, and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning fuel requirements across event operations and venues.
• Scheduling and coordinating supplier deliveries to meet operational demand.
• Supervising fuel points, refuelling schedules, and logs.
• Responding to changing operational needs during peak periods.
• Tracking fuel consumption and reporting against allocations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental procedures at all fuel points.

Operational Focus

The supervisor will collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure that generators, vehicles, and equipment are fuelled safely, on time, and within allocation across multiple venues. This involves direct oversight of fuel points and comprehensive management of fuel logistics.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing fuel logistics for large events or operations, with references available.
• International experience delivering sports events; multi-sport or major single-sport events are relevant.
• Strong safety awareness and accurate record-keeping abilities.

Work Context

This is a full-time contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a defined period from October 27 to December 26, 2026. The role requires active on-ground supervision and coordination within a dynamic event operations environment.
