Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is expanding its operations team and is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor to join its full-time staff in Riyadh. This role involves overseeing shift management within a fulfillment, sortation, or delivery center, playing a key part in the operational flow and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently.

Role Overview

The Fulfillment Center Supervisor drives daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are dispatched effectively at every stage of the supply chain. This position requires adaptability and offers a dynamic work environment where each day presents different operational challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high service standards for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in compliance with quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation during shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to resolve common issues or needs in key performance areas such as process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Work Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, or work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching are required.
• Commitment to working 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves working within a fast-paced operational environment. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility to adapt to varying schedules.
