About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is centered on delivering comprehensive services that guide guests throughout their entire stay, aiming to build a memorable and unique experience beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative and manage a wide range of guest needs, ensuring all interactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete required reports accurately and on time.
• Share highlights and pertinent information about the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Protect company assets from loss or damage.
• Uphold established quality standards in all interactions and services.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication standards are consistently met.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Physical Demands

This role requires physical activity and mobility, including the ability to:

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Navigate up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
