About the Role

Marriott Executive Apartments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to creating memorable guest stays and delivering exceptional service.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of the Guest Experience Expert is to provide a comprehensive and personalized experience for guests, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. This position involves taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, with the autonomy to address needs effectively within the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Complete required reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles, and transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Critical to success in this role are creating a safe workplace, consistently following company policies and procedures, maintaining strict confidentiality, protecting company assets, and upholding quality standards. A professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication are also essential requirements for this position.

Physical Demands

This role requires significant physical activity. Guest Experience Experts must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. The position involves a hands-on approach, requiring the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also necessary to perform duties effectively.

Experience Required

Candidates for the Guest Experience Expert position are expected to have 0-1 years of relevant experience in a customer service or hospitality role, demonstrating a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
