About the Role: Guest Experience Expert

W Hotels in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position involves creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires initiative in delivering a wide range of services throughout a guest's stay, with the empowerment to manage operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights, ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for proactively managing and enhancing the guest journey. This includes:

• Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their entire stay.
• Taking initiative to address guest needs and operational requirements.
• Processing operational needs efficiently.
• Responding to and resolving guest requests promptly.
• Completing necessary reports accurately.
• Sharing local area highlights and recommendations with guests.
• Ensuring all guest interactions and transactions feel integrated into their overall experience.
