About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out processes. The role involves taking initiative to provide a wide range of services throughout a guest's stay, empowering individuals to manage operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local insights, ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are responsible for guiding guests through their entire stay by delivering a variety of services. This includes proactively managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries and requests, preparing necessary reports, and acting as a local resource for guests. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure guest transactions are seamlessly integrated into their overall experience.

Qualifications and Experience
