About the Role

Gold Apple is seeking a Guest Relation Associate to join its beauty retail team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for guests. The Guest Relation Associate will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also promoting the brand and its products.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in product selection and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and promotions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Stay informed about current beauty trends, products, and promotions to offer expert recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to support smooth store operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in customer service or retail, with a preference for the beauty or fashion industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
A strong passion for beauty products and a willingness to continuously learn about new products and trends.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
A sales-driven mindset with the capability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Demonstrated team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to supporting team goals.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
