The Role: HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to build and lead the people operations function. This full-time position is critical for establishing robust HR processes and infrastructure to manage the employee lifecycle effectively as the company expands its global footprint. The role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including employee contracts, onboarding procedures, compliance, payroll administration, and the complete employee lifecycle.
• Manage immigration and global mobility processes, encompassing work permits, visas, and international employee transfers.
• Drive and ensure compliance with Saudization initiatives and other localization programs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including providers of immigration services, government relations, and HR technology solutions.
• Lead the implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement scalable HR operations strategies to effectively support rapid headcount growth across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in HR operations or a closely related field.
• Candidates must currently be based in Riyadh or be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
