About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an HR Saudi National to join its Human Resources team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR department. The incumbent will contribute to the efficient functioning of HR processes, assisting the team with day-to-day tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely responses to HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Update company databases by inputting new employee records.
• Assist HR staff in completing employment forms.
• Support the organization of company events.
• Respond to inquiries from the HR team regarding employee benefits and other Human Resources matters.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an HR or other relevant curriculum at an accredited college or university.
• 0-1 years of professional experience is required for this full-time role.
