Health Safety Environment Supervisor

Overview of the Role

Ahtarafion is seeking a Health Safety Environment Supervisor for a leading plastic manufacturing client located in Riyadh Industrial Area 2, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for an individual with 2-5 years of experience who is committed to maintaining and enhancing workplace safety and environmental compliance within an industrial setting.

Role Purpose

The HSE Supervisor will support and oversee adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role is suitable for candidates who are dedicated to fostering a proactive safety culture and developing their career in industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support in the development and implementation of safety training and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices across all operational areas.
• Maintain accurate records of safety observations, training, and compliance documents.
• Assist in implementing emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Work closely with operations teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
