About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels (KSA) is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department, serving as a key point of coordination between team members, other hotel departments, and guests.

Role Purpose

The Housekeeping Coordinator helps ensure that all housekeeping requests and operational requirements are handled promptly and efficiently. By maintaining efficient communication and organization within the department, this role contributes to operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and the delivery of the high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and personalized service expected at Four Seasons.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
Communicate room status updates to relevant departments.
Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for the department.
Assist with departmental reports and various administrative tasks.
Work closely with the Housekeeping team, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely communication and effective resolution of operational issues.
Monitor pending requests and ensure their completion.
Coordinate lost and found procedures according to hotel policy.
Ensure that all relevant information is communicated to the appropriate team members.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational demands.
Previous experience in housekeeping operations or hotel administration is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves working within a dynamic hotel environment, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
