The Role of Human Resources Supervisor

The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and contributing to a compliant workplace environment. The supervisor will manage various HR processes and support organizational growth through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HR processes including recruitment support, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Assist managers with performance management activities, including evaluations and development plans.
• Coordinate training initiatives for employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR programs aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote an inclusive culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
