About Alstom and the Role

Alstom is a global leader in sustainable and smart mobility, offering a comprehensive portfolio of transport solutions including high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, as well as turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling, and digital mobility. This full-time position for an ISR Training Manager is based in Riyadh, where you will contribute to a significant rail project.

Role Overview

The ISR Training Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the ISR training package for the Riyadh Metro Line 2 (Red Line) extension. This role involves close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including the customer, consortium partners, Operations and Maintenance entities, project teams, suppliers, and ISR stakeholders. The manager will oversee the development and execution of training programs, ensuring alignment with project milestones and quality standards. A key focus will be defining the training strategy and managing the Transfer of Technology (ToT) process, alongside coordinating all training activities.

Key Responsibilities

Define a contract-compliant training strategy that incorporates Transfer of Technology (ToT) requirements.
Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored training plans.
Forecast and organize necessary facilities, materials, and digital equipment for training.
Coordinate the preparation, production, and distribution of training documents and materials.
Evaluate trainees, confirm qualifications, and maintain accurate training records.
Build, update, and manage the training schedule.
Monitor compliance with contractual, safety, quality, and project requirements.
Identify risks and implement mitigation and recovery actions.
Track training costs and resource utilization against the approved budget.
Collect feedback and analyze training performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in training management, ideally within a relevant industry. The role requires expertise in defining training strategies, managing Transfer of Technology processes, and coordinating complex training programs for large-scale projects.
