About the Role

HRGF is seeking an Information Systems Analyst SAP to join its team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on supporting the organization's SAP/ERP systems, contributing to implementation, improvement initiatives, and providing essential end-user support. The role involves analyzing business processes and collaborating with various teams to ensure system efficiency and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP/ERP implementation and system improvement initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and analyze existing business processes.
• Support workshops, user training, and system adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams on system integration and enhancements.
• Prepare comprehensive system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Provide SAP/ERP end-user support and assist with issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes.
• Support reporting and data analysis activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience as an Information Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with SAP.
• Experience or exposure to ERP implementation and/or support is preferred.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with Power BI and data analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
