About the Role

House of Measurement is seeking a dedicated and experienced Instrument Calibration Technician to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and reliability of various measurement instruments across multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all calibration activities adhere to established standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Instrument Calibration Technician is to conduct precise calibration activities. This involves performing detailed tests, adjustments, and certifications for a wide array of instruments to ensure their optimal performance and compliance with industry benchmarks.

Calibration Disciplines

The role requires expertise in calibrating instruments across the following key disciplines:

• Electrical: Calibrating instruments for voltage, current, resistance, frequency, and other electrical measurements.
• Mechanical: Handling dimensional measuring instruments, mass standards, weighing scales, and related mechanical equipment.
• Temperature: Performing calibration on temperature sensors, thermometers, ovens, furnaces, and instruments measuring temperature and humidity.
• Pressure: Calibrating pressure gauges, manometers, pressure transmitters, and various other pressure measurement systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong technical background and practical experience in instrument calibration. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant calibration or technical field is required. Demonstrated proficiency in the specified calibration disciplines is essential.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Instrument Calibration Technician will work as part of a professional team dedicated to delivering high-quality measurement services.

Compensation

The salary range for the Instrument Calibration Technician role is SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
