About the Role

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a JV Finance Director for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves comprehensive financial oversight for overseas operations, reporting directly to the JV General Manager and Group CFO. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese and English, with a background in overseas or Middle East finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial accounting and analysis for overseas operations, including leading a finance team of 8 individuals.
• Identify commercial issues promptly and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate and communicate with local tax departments, banks, and auditors under the guidance of the Group Finance Department.
• Assist the General Manager in managing external relationships.
• Improve and implement financial systems in alignment with Group Finance Department guidelines.
• Manage and develop the local finance team.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations and recommend strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Review all economic contracts, excluding salary contracts, to ensure compliance with tax laws and Group internal control requirements, providing legal risk recommendations.
• Prepare financial budgets, monitor their execution, and provide variance analysis and commentary.
• Optimize tax strategies by utilizing preferential tax policies and standardizing tax payment schedules.
• Manage cash inflows and outflows, focusing on optimizing cash utilization.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Demonstrated background in overseas finance or Middle East finance.

Team Leadership

This role involves managing a team of 8 finance professionals, requiring strong leadership and team development skills to ensure effective financial operations and compliance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the successful candidate will oversee the financial functions of a joint venture within a listed group structure.
