The Role of Land Investment Consultant

Huspy is seeking a Land Investment Consultant for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is distinct from traditional land-listing positions, focusing on the origination and transaction of high-quality land opportunities. The consultant will be responsible for developing relationships with landowners, developers, and investors, and managing transactions from initial opportunity identification through to closing. The scope includes outright land sales as well as potential development and investment structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate residential, commercial, and development land opportunities across Riyadh.
• Build direct relationships with landowners and secure high-quality brokerage mandates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with leading developers, investors, and family offices.
• Understand developer acquisition criteria and actively source land against real demand.
• Evaluate opportunities based on location, size, pricing, permitted use, and development potential.
• Prepare clear investment opportunities for presentation to qualified buyers.
• Match land opportunities with relevant developers and investors.
• Coordinate site visits, offers, negotiations, and transaction progression.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities, buyers, and active negotiations.
• Collaborate with Wiyyana’s wider sales, investment, and financing ecosystem to identify additional opportunities.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates within Wiyyana, a key pillar in Huspy's expansion across Europe and the Middle East. The consultant will work within an ecosystem that leverages Huspy's proven operating model, technology, and expertise to ensure fast deployment, seamless processes, and an elevated experience for all stakeholders.
