About the Role

ALKAFFARY GROUP is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position involves overseeing daily maintenance operations to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of all company systems and facilities.

Role Purpose

The Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in coordinating maintenance activities, managing a team of technicians, and implementing robust maintenance schedules. This position is central to maintaining operational continuity and adherence to safety and quality standards across our facilities, handling emergency repairs, and coordinating with suppliers for materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance team and allocate tasks based on work priorities and staff availability.
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other essential systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate effective solutions.
• Ensure all maintenance work consistently meets established quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Manage the inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials, initiating purchase requests as required.
• Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports detailing maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Liaise with other departments to plan maintenance activities that minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
• Oversee relationships with suppliers and service providers, coordinating external maintenance or repair jobs when necessary.
• Stay informed about current market prices for electrical and plumbing materials and spare parts.
• Review and compare supplier quotations to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure competitive rates.
• Monitor technician performance, providing training and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and company policies during all maintenance operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role or a related field.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in managing work schedules and overseeing maintenance teams.
