Manager Brand Training

About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking a Manager Brand Training to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for developing and implementing training programs, overseeing career development, and setting performance metrics to enhance employee productivity and career progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and implement all training activities in the region and UAE, aligning with existing policies and best practices to achieve sales objectives.
• Initiate and develop new learning and development initiatives for employees based on business and brand needs.
• Create, communicate, coordinate, and implement the annual training calendar for all brands.
• Monitor and guide the training team to improve conversion percentages for brands through effective training solutions and methodologies.
• Conduct cost-effective training solutions for employees.
• Acquire product knowledge of new brands in the portfolio and train the training team accordingly.
• Review training content prepared by the team for various brands.
• Review training feedback from employees and implement necessary changes to enhance programs.
• Recommend new learning materials and approaches to the training team for delivery.
• Ensure best training and development practices are maintained and practiced by the training team.
• Manage training delivery measurement, follow-up, and maintain records.
• Design training courses and programs to meet the needs of Apparel as an organization and its diverse individuals.
• Implement the training process and modules.
• Initiate in-store and leadership programs to enhance people skills.
• Visit retail outlets to assess staff skills through mock sessions or observation and provide feedback.
• Organize mystery shopping through third-party vendors.
• Motivate, supervise, and guide the training team, and manage manpower planning for the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proven ability to create and implement effective training programs.
• Experience in setting performance metrics and evaluating productivity.
• Demonstrated capability in career development planning for employees.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing training activities across the region and UAE.
