About the Role

NCGR - National Center for Government Resources Sys. in Riyadh is seeking a Manager, Data Architecture and Structuring Division. This full-time role involves leading and developing data platforms and solutions within the center, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation objectives. The manager will oversee data design and integration with various entities and systems, focusing on performance efficiency and continuous development.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and develop data platforms and solutions at the center. This includes ensuring their compatibility with the institutional structure and digital transformation, supervising the design and integration of data with various entities and systems, and guaranteeing performance efficiency and continuous development. Additionally, the role involves guiding work teams to adopt best practices and standards in data modeling, management, and tool enhancement, as well as ensuring the activation of technical solutions and leveraging platform capabilities to enhance data value and serve beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the design of solutions for current and future data platforms, ensuring alignment with best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and the center's objectives for digital transformation.
• Lead the design and development of data integration solutions with external entities and new source systems, ensuring compliance with approved standards.
• Oversee the implementation of continuous development and improvement initiatives for data platforms and associated tools, and prioritize execution.
• Direct research and development efforts to adopt new solutions and tools that enhance responsiveness to business requirements and digital transformation changes.
• Review and evaluate the data ecosystem and platform integration, and develop a roadmap for implementing best practices and technical standards.
• Represent the department in center projects and advisory initiatives related to data platforms to ensure alignment and establish appropriate architectural design standards.
• Ensure coordination with relevant teams for the implementation of technical updates and releases that support the integration of various data platforms and tools.
• Supervise the implementation and activation of solutions and tools within data platforms according to approved designs and architectures, ensuring their operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Data Management, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the same or related fields.
