GDC Middle East (الشركة السعودية لتهيئة وصيانة الطائرات) is seeking a Manager, Technical Training to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing and managing technical training programs and related systems.

Role Overview

The Technical Training Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of assigned instructor-led training programs. This role also involves managing training processes through a dedicated Training/Learning Management System (TMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily execution of training courses.
• Forecast, schedule, monitor, and report on all recurring training-related resource requirements for training programs.
• Provide status reports detailing class and student training progress.
• Synchronize training events with all primary and support organizations through regular training planning meetings.
• Deconflict training schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain individual training records for all training personnel.
• Supervise a small team of training managers and technicians.
• Provide oversight of the Training/Learning Management System (TMS).
• Oversee the scheduling of classes and tracking of individual progress within the TMS.
• Ensure that required status reports are provided in a timely manner.
• Recommend changes to improve the performance and effectiveness of all training programs.
• Develop and maintain the Training Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in technical training management.
