About the Role

OCAAL Group is seeking a Marketing Director to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, managing projects from conception to completion, and overseeing various marketing activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and developing the marketing team as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies and plans for clients.
Manage marketing accounts and projects from planning to execution.
Oversee social media, content, digital campaigns, and brand activities.
Coordinate and manage internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and suppliers when needed.
Build and develop the marketing team as the business grows.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and marketing proposals.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
Ensure consistent quality across marketing activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should have 5-10 years of experience in a relevant marketing role. This experience should include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing projects, and overseeing various marketing channels.
