Marketing and Sales Executive

About the Role

Dallah Albaraka Holding is seeking a Marketing and Sales Executive to join its subsidiary, Wakan International Residential Compounds Co. Ltd., in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities, with a primary focus on residential property leasing and customer engagement.

Role Overview

The Marketing and Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting residential units, generating and following up on leads, and managing customer communications. The position involves assisting customers throughout the leasing process, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve occupancy and revenue targets for residential compounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily sales and marketing activities in adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Promote residential units through appropriate marketing channels, generate leads, and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Welcome prospective customers, present available residential units, and explain the features, services, and benefits of the residential compound.
• Prepare sales and leasing proposals, quotations, and contracts, and negotiate with customers to facilitate successful transactions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, real estate brokers, corporate clients, and relevant business partners.
• Support the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, sales performance, occupancy rates, and marketing campaign results, and prepare periodic management reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely unit readiness and handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• A qualified professional with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
