About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Medical Specialist Physiotherapy to join the Home Health Care and Corporate Health Centers team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering general and specialized physiotherapy services to patients in their homes, contributing to their overall well-being and functional independence. The primary purpose is to assess, plan, treat, and manage the physical health needs of patients in a home care setting.

Role Purpose

The Physiotherapy Specialist will enable patients to achieve optimal mobility, function, and quality of life. This includes supporting recovery from physical injuries, illnesses, post-surgical conditions, or disabilities through personalized care and rehabilitation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to diagnose physical limitations, impairments, and functional abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer physiotherapy techniques, exercises, and interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Provide ongoing rehabilitation support, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Communicate with patients and their families to provide updates on progress and modifications to the treatment plan.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, self-management techniques, and preventive measures, providing clear instructions.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies regarding documentation.
• Stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy techniques, research, and technology.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in physiotherapy.
