The Role of Merchant Success Specialist

The Merchant Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey from contract signature through to full utilization of Foodics' services. This involves managing the onboarding process, accelerating installations, and continuously monitoring product usage. The role focuses on key products such as Foodics Pay, CDS, and Foodics One, which facilitate card and omnichannel digital payments, influencing the payments experience within the Food & Beverage industry across thousands of establishments in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all signed contracts are registered in relevant systems within 24 hours by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Oversee the accurate implementation of Pay installation Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with both external and internal vendors.
• Conduct post-live calls with merchants to assess needs for assistance or training.
• Serve as a communication channel to inform merchants about new product releases, features, and offers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the reconciliation cycle to educate merchants and address complex inquiries.
• Monitor newly installed devices and engage with customers via calls or messages to ensure utilization of services.
• Monitor merchant satisfaction for the initial three months post-installation, aiming for zero complaints.
• Proactively address potential churn by reviewing daily reports and implementing preventative actions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Pay cycle and collaborate with other teams for implementation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and understanding of the fintech and payment industry, coupled with familiarity with the Food & Beverage sector. A willingness to relocate to the Foodics office in Riyadh is required for this role.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on enhancing merchant success and product utilization across the Foodics ecosystem.
