About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Multichannel Marketing Manager for an internal role within Kanz. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on driving brand growth and optimizing marketing performance across various channels.

Role Purpose

The Multichannel Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing campaigns. The primary objective is to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth for Kanz.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase qualified leads through the development and optimization of marketing campaigns.
• Improve conversion rates by implementing and testing landing page variations.
• Grow brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) through ongoing channel optimization efforts.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns effectively.
• Proven experience utilizing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Essential Skills and Tools

• Strong copywriting and creative collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (*, HubSpot).
• Experience with A/B testing tools.
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Effective project management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making approach.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
