About the Opportunity

DeepSource is seeking a NOC Support Services Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This is a full-time position specifically for Saudi Nationals, focused on providing essential operational support within enterprise IT infrastructure and Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of IT services. This involves actively monitoring systems, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, supporting incident resolution, and contributing to the overall stability of the IT landscape. The role is critical for maintaining continuous and reliable IT operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, and IT services.
• Perform proactive monitoring and respond to system alerts and incidents.
• Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and system issues.
• Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate technical teams.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure system availability and service continuity.
• Maintain operational documentation and daily health check reports.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to resolve technical issues.
• Follow operational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in an IT support or Network Operations Center environment. A foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, network monitoring, and incident response is essential. This role is open to Saudi Nationals.
