About the Role

Datacore Solutions is seeking a Support Engineer L to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to contribute to the monitoring and initial response for smart systems.

Role Overview

The Support Engineer L will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of smart systems and dashboards, ensuring timely detection and classification of alerts. This role involves providing initial incident response and coordinating with various internal and external teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor smart systems, dashboards, and central screens to ensure optimal performance.
• Receive, verify, and classify alerts and reports based on type, severity, and priority.
• Provide initial response to incidents in accordance with established operational plans and approved escalation procedures.
• Coordinate promptly with maintenance, security, safety, emergency teams, field teams, and relevant external parties.
• Follow up on reports from initiation to closure, ensuring all actions and results are thoroughly documented.
• Operate authorized systems and devices, executing remote control commands within defined permissions.
• Analyze operational data, identify abnormal patterns or recurring faults, and escalate observations to the supervisor.
• Prepare daily reports, shift reports, and incident reports, detailing response times and actions taken.
• Conduct accurate shift handovers, clarifying open reports, pending tasks, and current system status.
• Routinely test system readiness and report any malfunctions, connection issues, or performance problems.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
