DeepSource Technologies is seeking a dedicated NOC Support Services Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role is open to Saudi Nationals and focuses on providing essential operational support within enterprise IT infrastructure and Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.

Role Purpose

The NOC Support Services Engineer is responsible for maintaining the availability and performance of IT services. This involves continuous system monitoring, proactive identification and resolution of infrastructure issues, and supporting incident management processes to ensure operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, and IT services.
• Perform proactive monitoring and respond to system alerts and incidents promptly.
• Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and system issues.
• Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate technical teams for resolution.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure system availability and service continuity.
• Maintain operational documentation and prepare daily health check reports.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to resolve technical issues.
• Adhere to operational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, NOC Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
• Demonstrated experience in monitoring enterprise IT infrastructure.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure and system issues.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Attributes

• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience working in a 24/7 NOC environment.
• Knowledge of virtualization or cloud platforms.
