About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Officer Customer Care Agent to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for delivering customer service by managing inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback across various communication channels. The role focuses on resolving customer issues efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to service quality and operational performance standards.

Role Purpose

The Officer Customer Care Agent is central to maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with customers through phone, email, chat, social media, and customer care systems. The primary objective is to provide accurate information, resolve issues promptly, and uphold the company's commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across all approved communication channels.
Respond to customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Process and follow up on customer cases, service requests, complaints, refunds, and escalations as required.
Accurately document all customer interactions within the Customer Care System.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain service quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate teams.
