The Role of Operations Specialist

StellaStays Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring properties are maintained to high standards. The specialist will implement property management strategies and ensure adherence to StellaStays' operational and service standards. This position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Be available during emergencies to ensure guest safety and support.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Oversee daily property operations, including budget management and operational planning.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on schedule and in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate and current operational records daily.
• Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs, including obtaining quotations, supervising work, and managing costs within budget.
• Understand and coordinate the responsibilities of service providers to ensure efficient operations.
• Support the achievement of budget targets by identifying cost-effective solutions.
• Improve guest satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow-up, and effective problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes, service quality, and overall efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily property operations and budgets.
• Experience in coordinating with external service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Proficiency in preparing operational reports and maintaining accurate records.

Work Environment
