Operations Support Engineer

About the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking an Operations Support Engineer to join our client's team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for maintaining the smooth, secure, and continuous operation of systems within a live operational environment where system uptime and reliability are paramount.

Role Overview

The Operations Support Engineer will provide essential operational support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This position involves performing installations, configurations, and maintenance tasks, as well as diagnosing and resolving issues by reviewing application and system logs. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for various systems.
• Monitor, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems.
• Analyze Windows Event Viewer logs and application logs for issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.

Work Schedule

This is a shift-based role that includes on-call support to ensure 24x7 operations are maintained. The ability to work within a dynamic operational environment is essential.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in an operations support or similar engineering role.
