About the Opportunity

Chalhoub Group is seeking a People Experience & Culture Trainee (Tamheer) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time trainee position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment within the retail sector.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The People Experience & Culture Trainee will play a supportive role in advancing the employee wellbeing and engagement strategy within Chalhoub Group. This position is integral to shaping the company’s culture and enhancing the overall employee experience through the management and execution of various projects, programs, initiatives, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual wellbeing and engagement calendar, ensuring timely execution of initiatives and events across offices, stores, and warehouses in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a custodian for employee wellbeing benefits and resources, ensuring their continuous relevance, updates, and enhancements.
• Prepare communication materials for wellbeing and engagement campaigns and projects across all internal and external channels, collaborating with Group Communications.
• Conduct market research on current trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions, services, or products that improve employee experience and wellbeing.
• Secure deals and partnerships with external providers to introduce exclusive benefits aimed at improving employee wellbeing.
• Capture feedback and prepare analytical presentations to report on program performance, achievements, and areas for enhancement.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this trainee position should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience. This role is suitable for individuals at the beginning of their career who are eager to develop expertise in people experience and culture within a corporate setting.
