The Role

AECOM is seeking a Procurement Specialist I to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position that involves purchasing supplies and services from vendors. The role operates under close or direct supervision and requires a fundamental understanding of professional concepts in procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase supplies and services from vendors at the lowest cost, adhering to company standards and specifications.
• Assist in preparing requests for proposals.
• Analyze received quotes to inform vendor selection.
• Select appropriate vendors based on company criteria.
• Schedule and expedite deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Follow up on invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of professional procurement concepts.
