About the Role

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the submittal and handover processes for fit-out works. This role is crucial for ensuring full compliance with established quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) standards. The manager will be responsible for monitoring site activities, conducting thorough inspections, and verifying that all finishing works adhere strictly to project specifications, approved drawings, and relevant industry standards. The Quality Control Manager will also manage the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), address non-conformities, and drive necessary corrective and preventive actions, coordinating closely with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure high-quality execution and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review the submittal and handover processes for construction, with a particular focus on fit-out works.
• Develop and implement the project Quality Management Plan (QMP) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards and client requirements.
• Lead the site quality team and ensure that quality control procedures are consistently applied across all project disciplines.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
• Oversee all inspections, testing, and non-conformance management activities across civil, MEP, and finishing works.
• Coordinate quality audits with the client, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with all project quality and finishing standards.
• Lead the snagging and de-snagging processes, managing all quality aspects related to project handover.
• Report on quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and corrective actions to project management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Control within the construction industry. Experience with tower projects is preferred.
• Certification in quality control is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
