The Real Estate Advisory Role

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Advisory intern role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position offers an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain exposure to both regional and international real estate markets. Interns will acquire hands-on experience in real estate advisory work and be introduced to professional consulting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Support consulting and valuation assignments through market research, data collection, and analysis of real estate trends.
Prepare property summaries.
Assist in drafting client presentations and reports.
Organize documentation pertinent to advisory and valuation projects.
Collaborate with senior consultants to review real property information.
Conduct site visits as required.
Support client communications.
