The Role of Receptionist

We are seeking a Full-time Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to supporting club operations, managing front-desk activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience (CX) within our regional management framework. The Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for members and visitors, contributing to the overall efficiency and welcoming atmosphere of the fitness club.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front-desk operations, including greeting members and visitors.
• Handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide information regarding club services.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support club management and regional operations.
