The Recruiter Role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its growing HR team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for identifying and attracting top talent, with a specific focus on the heavy equipment and construction machinery industry, to support the company's strategic growth and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of positions, including technical, sales, engineering, and service roles.
• Implement effective sourcing and headhunting strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other major job portals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and ensure a streamlined recruitment experience.

Educational Background and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably gained within a multinational company environment.
• Mandatory proven experience in recruiting for roles within the heavy equipment and construction machinery industry.

Essential Skills and Market Knowledge

• Demonstrated strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and leading job portals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
