About Bavarian Capital and the Role

Bavarian Capital is expanding its internal data operations and is seeking a Reporting Analyst Assistant. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Riyadh, designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. Role Purpose and Context

As a Reporting Analyst Assistant, you will join a team focused on clarity and precision in data operations. This entry-level position supports a key institutional engagement by ensuring precise data management and diligent record keeping for a major institutional partner. You will work alongside experienced analysts to process data sets, update internal systems, and generate reports that inform long-term investment decisions, building a foundation in capital management data operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and organize data from various financial sources to maintain the central database.
Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly investment performance reports for internal review.
Check data entries for accuracy to ensure all records meet high standards for precision and reliability.
Update internal dashboards that track key indicators for investment portfolios and partner projects.
Coordinate with the investment team to clarify data points or resolve discrepancies in reporting outputs.
Contribute to documentation efforts by recording reporting processes and data definitions for future reference.
Run basic queries to extract specific information for ad hoc requests from the management team.
Verify that all reporting outputs align with established firm templates and professional style guides.
Monitor data feeds for consistency and report any technical issues to relevant technical teams.
