Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly manner and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Answer Room Service telephone calls and respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and input them into the point-of-sale system.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests effectively.
• Suggest and promote additional food and beverage items, including sides, desserts, drinks, and special offers.
• Process payments accurately, including verifying check totals, gratuity disbursement, and handling cash according to accounting guidelines.
