About WithGrowth and the Role

WithGrowth is seeking a Saudi Only Management Consultant with mandatory FinTechs experience to support its clients in the fintech sector. This is a contract role based on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on analyzing business challenges and identifying growth opportunities within the industry.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Consultant Associate will contribute to strategy execution by working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders. The primary objective is to deliver practical, data-informed recommendations to address business challenges. This position requires a strong understanding of fintech business models and the ability to translate strategic insights into actionable steps that yield measurable results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and interpreting market and product data.
• Assisting in designing growth experiments.
• Supporting the implementation of marketing and product initiatives.
• Preparing clear reports and presentations.
• Helping coordinate project activities.
• Monitoring performance metrics.
• Ensuring alignment between client objectives and WithGrowth’s strategic approach.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• Mandatory experience in the fintech sector is required.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
• Proven capability to translate strategic insights into actionable steps.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a part-time contract role requiring an on-site presence in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The consultant will be an integral part of the team, working directly with clients and senior staff to achieve project objectives.
