Sales Manager Data Center Cooling Solutions

About the Role

Carrier is seeking a Sales Manager, Data Center Cooling Solutions, to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves building and maintaining client and consultant relationships within the data center sector. The Sales Manager will lead the sales process, identify new opportunities, and promote Carrier’s advanced HVAC solutions, contributing to the company's presence in the growing KSA data center market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with data center clients and end-users.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and project goals.
• Promote Carrier solutions to HVAC consulting firms and data center owners.
• Build and maintain a robust data center projects pipeline through incoming inquiries, client visits, and market intelligence.
• Track and update pipeline activity regularly to support accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
• Participate in framework agreements and ensure timely, high-quality bid submissions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and Carrier’s HVAC solutions.
• Analyze HVAC system requirements to prepare technical and budgetary proposals.
• Provide input to senior management for the development of business plans for the data center segment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in sales within the data center or HVAC sector is preferred.
• Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of project lifecycles.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis.
