Sales Specialist

About the Role

ABM is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive business growth within the healthcare sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves identifying, developing, and closing opportunities related to digital patient engagement, healthcare infotainment, patient experience, and healthcare technology solutions. The Sales Specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity creation through contracting, invoicing, and collection, while fostering strong customer relationships and delivering value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a healthcare-sector sales pipeline aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify and originate opportunities within hospitals, medical cities, healthcare clusters, operators, and authorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives, patient experience leaders, facility management teams, IT departments, and procurement stakeholders.
• Drive new business acquisition and expand business within existing healthcare accounts.
• Prepare and maintain strategic account plans for assigned healthcare customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
• Own forecasting, pipeline reporting, invoicing, and collections for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate closely with presales, technical, delivery, external, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the customer lifecycle.

Technical Acumen and Solution Presentation

• Understand healthcare operational environments, patient journey requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Present and position digital patient engagement, infotainment, communication, and experience-enhancing solutions.
• Conduct customer presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
• Build technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Support responses to RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and procurement requests.

Process Adherence and Performance

• Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, governance, CRM usage, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and sales forecasts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of healthcare sales processes and best practices.
• Monitor market developments and identify emerging healthcare opportunities.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare technology sector or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record in business development and account management.
